ASSISTANT DIRECTOR-STUDENT ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT
to support the holistic growth of student-athletes by providing career guidance, leadership training, and personal development opportunities. To foster relationships with student-athletes, coaches, and faculty while coordinating career programs, student-athlete orientation, and SAAC leadership initiatives. Additionally, to collaborate with advisors to track academic progress, supports NCAA eligibility processes, and organizes community engagement efforts. To serve on campus committees and contribute to department-wide initiatives that enhance the overall student-athlete experience. (
Annual Salary:
$50,050 - $58,000) Qualifications Master's degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
