Primrose School is seeking a passionate, experienced Education & Curriculum Coach to join our leadership team and serve as a trusted resource and mentor to our teachers. This is an exciting opportunity for a former or current lead teacher who is ready to step into a broader leadership role while remaining closely connected to the classroom. The Education & Curriculum Coach will serve as an important liaison between teachers and school leadership, helping our teaching team feel supported, confident, and successful in implementing our curriculum and delivering a consistently high-quality experience for children and families. What You'll Do Serve as a mentor, coach, and resource for classroom teachers. Build strong, trusting relationships with teachers while maintaining clear leadership and professional expectations. Support teachers in effectively implementing the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum. Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive, actionable feedback and coaching. Help teachers problem-solve classroom challenges and identify solutions. Model effective teaching practices and classroom management strategies when appropriate. Partner with school leadership to identify opportunities for teacher growth and professional development. Help ensure curriculum, lesson planning, assessments, and classroom practices are implemented consistently. Support new teachers as they learn our curriculum, routines, and expectations. Help create a culture of collaboration, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Communicate teacher needs and observations to leadership while helping translate leadership expectations into practical classroom support. Be a visible, positive presence throughout the school and someone teachers know they can turn to for guidance.
