The Learning Experience Corp seeks a Curriculum Director to lead development and implementation of our proprietary early childhood curriculum. In this role, you will design engaging, standards-aligned learning experiences for children 6 weeks-6 years, support teachers with training and resources, and use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programs reflect our child-first, nurturing culture, and partner with franchise centers to maintain consistency, quality, and innovation in curriculum and care nationwide. Responsibilities Lead design and continuous improvement of early childhood curriculum for ages 6 weeks-6 years Align curriculum with early learning standards and developmental milestones Develop instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools Train and coach teachers and center leaders on curriculum implementation Analyze learning outcomes and feedback to refine programs Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new programs and enrichment offerings Ensure curriculum supports a safe, nurturing, child-first environment Maintain consistency and quality of curriculum across franchise locations Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices in early childhood education Support compliance with state and accreditation standards related to curriculum Required Skills Curriculum design and mapping Early childhood education expertise (0-6 years) Instructional design Teacher training and professional development Learning assessment and data analysis Educational standards alignment Project management Educational technology tools Written and verbal communication Stakeholder collaboration and leadership
