We serve children from infancy through Pre-K and are seeking an experienced and highly capable Curriculum Director to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our instructional program. This is an opportunity for an exceptional early childhood educator and instructional leader to help shape a distinctive academic culture where teachers are supported, children are challenged appropriately, and learning is purposeful, engaging, and developmentally appropriate. Position Summary The Curriculum Director will provide instructional leadership across all classrooms and age groups. • Coach, mentor, and support teachers in classroom management, instructional techniques, differentiation, and child engagement.
  • Model high-quality teaching practices when appropriate.
  • Lead curriculum-focused professional development and teacher training.
  • Use assessment and classroom observation data to identify children's learning needs and improve instruction.
  • Help teachers individualize instruction for children with different abilities, developmental levels, and learning styles.

  • Significant experience teaching in an early childhood or elementary educational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, or supervising curriculum.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or training teachers.
  • Strong classroom observation and teacher-feedback skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to build positive, professional relationships with teachers, administrators, children, and families.
