Organization Information Our commitment to Knox County's children spans decades of service. We have six elementary schools with grades K-6: Central, Dewitt, Flat Lick, Girdler, Hampton, Lay; one middle school with grades 7-8-Knox Middle; one high school with 9-12 enrollment-Knox Central; one K-12 school-Lynn Camp; and two alternative education schools-Knox Appalachian School and the Learning Academy.
