Overview Monitors, observes assigned patients, intervenes virtually as appropriate, escalates to nursing staff interventions as needed and communicates changes in status or concerns to nursing as required. Reports any safety hazards, participates in team conferences, shift handoff, in-service education and staff meetings. Performs other related duties as assigned.
