This pivotal role involves supporting the development and implementation of innovative curricula, overseeing administrative functions, and fostering a positive, compliant, and enriching environment for students and staff. The Assistant Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive educational excellence, manage budgets effectively, and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong management skills, a passion for educational development, and extensive experience in school administration and leadership within K-12 settings. Duties Assist in designing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum development initiatives aligned with educational standards and student needs Support strategic planning efforts to enhance school programs, operational efficiency, and community engagement Manage school budgets, oversee financial planning, and ensure responsible allocation of resources in compliance with policies Lead personnel management activities including supervising staff, facilitating professional development sessions, and conducting faculty evaluations Ensure educational compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including special education law and childhood development standards Facilitate school administrative functions such as policy enforcement, legal compliance, and operational procedures Collaborate with senior leadership on fundraising initiatives to support program growth and infrastructure improvements Provide instructional leadership by mentoring teachers, promoting best practices in classroom management, and supporting student engagement strategies Represent the school at public speaking engagements, community events, and stakeholder meetings to foster positive relationships Requirements Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school director within K-12 education settings Extensive knowledge of curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational compliance regulations Strong management skills with experience supervising staff and managing budgets as an executive education administrator Familiarity with special education law, childhood development principles, and early childhood education practices Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, fundraising efforts, and managing personnel effectively Excellent communication skills for public speaking, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement Classroom teaching experience coupled with a background in education administration is highly desirable Knowledge of school legal requirements and experience facilitating professional development sessions in schools Join us to lead impactful educational initiatives that inspire growth and excellence!
