As a Temporary Educational Supervisor at Aaron School, you will play a key leadership role in supporting high-quality instruction and student success across Grades 8-12. Working closely with the administrative team, faculty, students, and families, you will oversee instructional practices, support teacher development, and help ensure that students with special needs receive effective, individualized academic and behavioral support. What You'll Need Master's degree in Education, Special Education, or a closely related field Current New York State certification in Special Education Strong knowledge of research-based teaching strategies, interventions, and best practices for students with special needs Experience supervising, coaching, or mentoring teachers and providing constructive, actionable feedback Strong understanding of curriculum development, differentiated instruction, assessment, classroom management, and student progress monitoring Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively with faculty, school leadership, students, and families.
