Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic Day School Director to lead our educational programs and administrative operations. This vital role involves overseeing curriculum development, managing staff, ensuring compliance with educational regulations, and fostering a nurturing environment for children from early childhood through elementary levels. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, management skills, and a passion for childhood development and education administration. Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership in instructional planning, curriculum development, and educational program delivery aligned with faith-based values. Supervise school staff including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff, ensuring high standards of performance and professional growth facilitation. Oversee school operations including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to maintain fiscal health. Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance school growth, community engagement, and educational excellence. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to education law, special education law, childhood development standards, and educational regulations. Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support school programs and infrastructure improvements. Conduct faculty evaluations, facilitate professional development sessions, and promote instructional leadership in the classroom setting. Experience Five (5) years experience in school administrative leadership within K-12 or early childhood education settings. Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and managing educational programs. Demonstrated success in developing, implementing and managing budgets as an education administrator or school director. Extensive management experience supervising school staff and facilitating professional development initiatives. Strong working knowledge of legal frameworks governing schools including special education law and educational compliance standards such as NDS, Stars, ELRC and DHS. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with staff, parents, students, and community stakeholders effectively. Prior experience working with diverse student populations and understanding childhood development principles is required. Demonstrated experience implementing and managing security procedures and exercising clear judgement when handling crisis situations such as shelter in place or fire evacuation. Working knowledge of current computer hardware and software applications.

$72,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
