Position:
Education Coach As an Education Coach, you'll be dedicated to the growth and success of early childhood teachers.   • Supporting teachers of all age groups working with classrooms of all ages
  • Participating in the selection, hiring, and training of teachers
  • Collaborating with other leadership team members to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers
  • Conducting classroom observations to support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
  • Supporting the use of our exclusive, time-tested digital platform that includes everything a teacher needs to implement our curriculum
  • Supporting the implementation of child development and academic student assessments that allow us to better partner with families
  • Monitoring company-wide communications and program rollouts on the digital portal, and ensure staff are trained and prepared to implement new initiatives.

Shift Schedule:

Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
