Montessori Classroom Teaching Leadership Full Job Description Montessori Curriculum Director Location:
Frisco and Fort Worth/Southlake Area, Texas Start Date:
Fall 2026 We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Montessori Curriculum Director to support two established Montessori schools—one located in Frisco and the other near Fort Worth/Southlake, Texas . This position requires weekly travel between both campuses. The Curriculum Director will collaborate with each school's management team to maintain high-quality Montessori programs, strengthen curriculum implementation, and provide ongoing training and support for teachers. Key Responsibilities Oversee Montessori curriculum development and implementation across both campuses Ensure curriculum consistency and alignment with authentic Montessori principles Observe classrooms and provide constructive guidance to teachers Train, mentor, and support new and existing teaching staff Assist school leadership with professional development and instructional planning Evaluate classroom materials, lesson delivery, and learning environments Support teachers in meeting the academic and developmental needs of their students Travel between both schools weekly Qualifications AMS Montessori certification is required Previous Montessori classroom teaching experience is required Curriculum leadership, teacher-training, or administrative experience is strongly preferred Strong knowledge of Montessori philosophy, curriculum, and classroom practices Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school management Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly between Frisco and the Fort Worth area This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Montessori educator who is passionate about curriculum excellence, teacher development, and supporting multiple school communities. Competitive salary and benefits package will be based on qualifications and experience.
