$50,000 per year Join Our Leadership Team The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Curriculum Director to lead curriculum implementation, teacher development, and classroom quality at our Grand Prairie Forum center. Working alongside the Center Director, you'll coach teachers, strengthen classroom practices, and help create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for every child. What You'll Do Curriculum & Teacher Development Lead implementation of TLE's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® Coach teachers on curriculum, classroom management, and developmentally appropriate practices Conduct classroom observations and provide actionable feedback Lead staff development and ongoing teacher training Monitor classroom quality, teacher-child interactions, and child assessments Support family conferences and communication about children's development Leadership & Center Quality Partner with the Center Director to recruit, onboard, develop, and retain a strong teaching team Promote accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and a positive center culture Maintain compliance with Texas childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements Build positive relationships with children, families, and teachers Support family engagement, enrollment, and retention initiatives Ensure classrooms are safe, organized, engaging, and aligned with TLE standards Qualifications Must meet applicable Texas childcare licensing requirements At least 1 year of early childhood education leadership experience required; 3+ years preferred Experience with curriculum implementation, teacher coaching, or classroom leadership Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education , or related field preferred Previous experience as a Curriculum Director, Assistant Director, Instructional Coach, Education Coordinator, or Lead Teacher preferred Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Must meet applicable background screening and required training requirements Why Join TLE Leadership role focused on curriculum and teacher development Proven curriculum, training, and classroom resources Supportive partnership with center leadership Professional development and career advancement opportunities Make a meaningful impact on teachers, children, and families Bring your passion for early childhood education and teacher development to The Learning Experience.
