Educational Professional Partner / Learning Center Director We are seeking an experienced, passionate educational professional to help lead, manage, and grow an established learning center serving children and adolescents. Our center provides individualized academic support for students with a wide range of learning needs, including ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, executive-function challenges, and other academic difficulties. We provide one-on-one and small-group instruction and believe strongly in identifying each student's individual strengths, needs, and learning style. More Than a Traditional Job This is not intended to be a traditional center-manager position. We are looking for someone who would like the opportunity to take meaningful ownership over the educational direction and day-to-day success of the center. The right individual will have considerable flexibility and creativity to help develop programs, improve systems, mentor educators, build relationships with families, and help determine how the center grows. The center already has an established foundation, allowing the right person to focus on leadership and growth rather than starting a business completely from scratch . For someone who has dreamed of running an educational program or learning center of their own, this could provide an opportunity to do so with existing infrastructure, support, and resources. The Opportunity The Educational Director/Partner may help: Lead day-to-day educational operations Support, mentor, and supervise tutors and instructors Meet with parents and help determine appropriate educational services Ensure students receive individualized, high-quality instruction Monitor student progress and educational outcomes Assist with assessments and educational recommendations where appropriate Develop and improve curriculum, intervention programs, and enrichment opportunities Recruit, train, and retain excellent educators Build relationships with schools, therapists, psychologists, and other community professionals Develop workshops, camps, classes, and specialized programs Identify new opportunities for growth Help shape the long-term vision and culture of the center There is significant room for creativity and program development . We want the person leading the center to bring their own expertise, ideas, and educational philosophy rather than simply follow a predetermined script. Ideal Background We welcome professionals from a variety of educational backgrounds, including: Special education School psychology or educational psychology Reading and literacy intervention Learning disabilities ADHD and executive-function intervention Curriculum and instruction School administration Academic intervention Child development Educational assessment Teaching and instructional leadership A master's degree, doctorate, teaching license, administrative credential, or other advanced educational training is preferred but not necessarily required. Experience and educational judgment are more important to us than having one particular credential. The Person We Are Looking For The ideal candidate: Genuinely enjoys working with children and families Understands individualized education Has strong communication and interpersonal skills Is comfortable speaking with parents about student needs and progress Enjoys mentoring teachers and educational professionals Is organized and capable of independently managing responsibilities Takes initiative rather than waiting to be directed Enjoys developing new programs and solving problems Has strong leadership skills Is comfortable balancing educational quality with the realities of operating a successful organization Has an entrepreneurial mindset Wants an opportunity where their effort and ideas can directly influence growth Is interested in building something long term Flexibility & Growth Potential One of the advantages of this opportunity is flexibility. Depending on the individual, the position could develop around their strengths and interests. Someone with expertise in literacy, special education, psychology, STEM, gifted education, executive functioning, assessment, or another specialty could potentially develop programs around that expertise. The role may also provide flexibility in scheduling and how responsibilities are structured as the individual takes greater leadership over the center. Compensation & Partnership Potential Compensation will depend on experience, availability, responsibilities, and the structure ultimately developed with the selected individual. We are open to considering arrangements involving: Base compensation Performance-based compensation Revenue-sharing or incentive opportunities Increasing management responsibility A potential long-term partnership or ownership pathway for an exceptional fit Our goal is to find someone who sees the center's success as something they are helping build—not simply a place where they work. Why This Opportunity Is Different You may be a strong fit if you have ever thought: "I would love to run my own educational program, but I don't necessarily want to start everything from zero." This opportunity provides the chance to step into an established learning center while still having substantial freedom to innovate, lead, create programs, build a team, and participate in the center's future growth. We are looking for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact on students while also building something they can be proud to help lead for years to come.
