Job Overview Join a vibrant children's theater organization as a Bilingual Acting and Improvisation Instructor! In this dynamic role, you will inspire young performers by teaching engaging acting techniques, improvisational skills, and creative arts in both English and Spanish. Your enthusiasm and expertise will foster confidence, creativity, and teamwork among children while supporting their developmental growth through the performing arts. Duties Lead energetic, interactive classes that incorporate improvisation exercises, scene work, and creative storytelling Manage classroom environments to ensure safety, engagement, and positive behavior among young participants Support students' individual growth by providing constructive feedback and encouragement during class activities Requirements Proven experience working with children in educational or performance settings, especially in theater or improvisation Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish; strong communication skills in both languages required Background in teaching arts including acting Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management strategies Ability to engage students through creative arts instruction while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment Join us to ignite imaginations and nurture young talents through energetic teaching that celebrates creativity!
