401(k) Training & development Opportunity for advancement Overview Project Performer is a performing arts studio in Encinitas, CA, providing high-level training in acting, singing, and dance for students ages 5-18. We are seeking a strong ballet instructor who is passionate about developing clean technique, alignment, and strength in young dancers while supporting their growth as well-rounded performers . We are looking for an instructor who understands how to uphold the integrity of ballet training while making it accessible, engaging, and relevant to today's performers. Position Details We are hiring for: Immediate (Monday's 3:30-6:30 until June 15th ) or Summer Start (July) 2026-2027 Season (August-June) with a consistent weekly schedule (aligned with school-year breaks) What You'll Do Teach structured ballet classes focused on alignment, placement, strength, and control Build strong technical foundations that translate into turns, extensions, jumps, and overall movement quality Develop dancers' discipline, body awareness, and artistry Provide clear, constructive corrections that help students improve efficiently Maintain a focused, respectful classroom environment while still connecting with and motivating students Collaborate with faculty to support dancer growth across all styles
