Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with studio curriculum and student progress. Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to foster technical growth and artistic expression. Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and/or examinations. Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance program quality. Stay current with ballet pedagogy and teaching techniques.
