Vision Martial Arts is a two-campus martial arts academy based in San Jose. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to lead our Silver Creek campus at 5667 Silver Creek Valley Road. This is a hands-on leadership role. The instructor teaches and administers our curriculum across skill levels: new techniques, striking on pads and heavy bags, sparring, conditioning, and the history and philosophy behind the art. The instructor also runs daily class management and floor operations, conducts belt testing and graduation evaluations, and represents Vision Martial Arts with students and families. Light administrative duties include student communication, inventory of uniforms and equipment, and coordinating with campus staff. We are looking for a black belt, second degree or above preferred, with real teaching experience and the reliability to run a campus with minimal oversight. Pay ranges from $25 to $35 per hour depending on experience. Senior instructors are commission eligible.
