Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and creative Arts Enrichment Instructor to join our team and inspire students through engaging arts activities. This paid position involves working with children in our after-school program, supporting their artistic development across various age groups, including TK/Kinder and grades 1-6. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment, encourage creativity, and help students explore different art forms. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate arts enrichment activities for students in TK/Kinder through grade 6. Work directly with students during after-school hours to facilitate engaging and educational arts experiences. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages artistic expression and exploration. Adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs and skill levels of students. Collaborate with program staff to integrate arts activities into the broader after-school curriculum. Manage classroom materials, supplies, and equipment efficiently. Promote positive behavior and foster a respectful classroom atmosphere. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their artistic growth. Requirements Prior experience working with children in an educational or enrichment setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of various art techniques and creative teaching methods. Ability to work effectively with young children from diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication skills and a patient, encouraging demeanor. Creativity, flexibility, and enthusiasm for arts education. Reliable attendance and punctuality during scheduled after-school hours. Pay:
