Within the International Baccalaureate framework, Whitby teachers have the flexibility and resources to bring their ideas to life. Our well-supported arts program includes a dedicated performing arts center, and our curriculum framework provides structure while giving teachers room to be creative in how they inspire students and develop their skills in performance, composition, inquiry, and analysis. You'll join a collaborative arts team where your ideas can help shape the program and where students are encouraged to develop their creative voices through meaningful experiences in music and theatre. Experience leading or collaborating in Lower School theatre is a plus. Qualifications:
