Duties Develop comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate dance, theater, choreography, for various age groups. Lead lively, interactive classes with students. Manage classroom environments effectively by implementing behavior management strategies and ensuring a safe, inclusive space for all students. Guide students in creating choreography, stage performances. Support students' personal growth by fostering confidence, teamwork, and creative expression through tailored feedback and encouragement Qualifications Experience in performing arts, dance instruction or theater to children or youth. Knowledge of classroom management strategies and childhood development principles. Ability to work effectively with children. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate students and foster a love for the arts through engaging instruction.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 6.0 per week
