International Martial Arts Academy (IMAA) is expanding our team in Fort Lauderdale , and we're searching for talented martial artists who can bring skill, energy, leadership, and passion to the mat.

JUDO INSTRUCTOR

We're looking for an experienced Judoka with strong technical fundamentals and the ability to make Judo safe, challenging, and exciting for children, teens, and adults.

XMA INSTRUCTOR / DEMO TEAM COACH

We're looking for a dynamic instructor to help develop and take our IMAA Demo Team to the next level!

Experience in areas such as:

Xtreme Martial Arts (XMA) Tricking & acrobatics Creative & musical forms Performance weapons Choreography & synchronization Demo Team development and performances We want someone who can turn talented martial artists into an exciting, polished performance team that represents IMAA at demonstrations, community events, competitions, and special performances. These may be TWO different instructors — or ONE exceptional martial artist qualified to do both.

The right candidate can command a room, connect with students, create excitement, and inspire athletes to become better every week. Strong martial arts background Excellent energy and personality Great with children and teens Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Strong leadership and communication skills Creative and passionate about developing athletes Must have reliable transportation and be able to consistently arrive on time for scheduled classes, practices, and events Interested in growing with an established martial arts organization For more than 22 years , IMAA has served the Fort Lauderdale community, developing students from their first class to Black Belt, competition, leadership, and beyond.
