This role involves delivering engaging lessons in makeup application, makeup, and fostering creativity, technical skill development, and confidence among students. The ideal candidate will bring a vibrant energy to the classroom, possess a strong background in PMU education, and demonstrate excellence in curriculum development and classroom management. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation PMU perofessionals through innovative teaching methods and hands-on training. (for a very right candidate, this could turn in to partnership oppertunity) Responsibilitie Deliver engaging lessons that incorporate visual arts, performing arts, choreography, dance, theater, music instruction, and culinary arts when applicable. Manage classroom environments effectively to promote positive behavior, creativity, and active participation among students of various ages. Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages artistic expression while maintaining safety standards during hands-on activities. Assess student progress regularly through performance reviews, project evaluations, and skill assessments to ensure continuous growth. Skills Extensive experience in curriculum development for creative arts disciplines including skin and color theory, facial mapping, and hands -on practixe for specific techinques like microbalding power brows, lip blusing, permanet eylines and, lash extenstions. Laser hair remover experience will be a plus. Proven classroom management skills with the ability to motivate students Strong background in teaching for at least 2 years with professional teaching LIc Excellent communication skills for working with students on technical skills like fostering creativity in a supportive environment.
Pay:
$24.73 - $29.78 per hour
