Job Description
Drama Kids of Loudoun is looking for part-time (2-4 one hour classes a week) , fun, energized, and dedicated drama teachers! The Drama Kids program provides a rich, high-quality dramatic arts curriculum for children. We offer programs for children of all ages and experience levels. Unlike most other drama programs, Drama Kids program utilizes fun, creative, and interactive activities that focus on the child rather than a character, to improve communication skills and build confidence and self-esteem. Working with children and prior teaching experience is ideal. Theatre experience is preferred, but not necessary. Candidate MUST be available between 2:00 PM and 4:00PM MUST be willing to travel throughout Loudoun County MUST be willing to commit to the whole 2026-27 school year MUST be looking for part-time work. 2 to 4 hours a week Our new teachers will:
- Be trained in our high quality dramatic arts curriculum
- Follow and teach provided lesson plans
- Teach and mentor students from 4-12 years old
- Direct plays
- Be paid starting at $35 per class for teachers (depending on experience)
