We're currently hiring a Work Instructor/Driver to join our team. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to teach, guide, and support adults in their daily work activities while also ensuring they get to and from our facility safely. If you're compassionate, reliable, and ready to help others, you'll fit right in with our supportive, caring team.
What You'll Do:
As a Work Instructor, you will: Support and supervise individuals as they complete meaningful work tasks. Provide guidance in areas like communication, social development, and cognitive skills. Help consumers meet production goals, while maintaining high standards for quality. Observe and track progress on individual goals, providing feedback and support. Facilitate group and one-on-one learning sessions, helping individuals grow and succeed in their personal and professional goals. As a Driver, you will: Ensure the safe and timely transportation of consumers to and from the facility. Maintain a clean and comfortable vehicle for the safety and comfort of all passengers. Keep track of vehicle maintenance and daily transportation logs.
What We're Looking For:
You're 21 years or older . You have a valid Arkansas Driver's License . You can pass a background check and drug test . You have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in human services is a plus! CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, but we're happy to help you get it if you don't have it already.
