Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced motorcyclist training Instructor to join our team. The motorcyclist training instructor will be responsible for managing the training site/range, and demonstrate, exercise and properly coach students to pass the motorcyclist training class. The ideal candidate must have a sincere desire to help reduce motorcycle crashes, injuries and deaths.

Duties:

Responsible for the preparation and condition of the training site / range Arrive early and leave training site / range secured Ensure all registration forms are completed filled out and signed Checking student's valid identification Use approved training materials provided Ensure all students are wearing full protective gear throughout class Responsible precautions to ensure the safety of each student and condition of training bikes being used Completion and submission of Incident Reports on time Be able to speak in front of a group with good people and customer service skills Demonstrate, exercise, and properly coach students to pass training class Good people and customer service skills Other various instructor tasks

Qualifications:

Must be 18 year of age or older and possess a valid California Driver's License with a Class M1 Endorsement Must currently own and operate a motorcycle on a routine basis Must have a minimum of 10,000 miles of motorcycle riding experience Must have no criminal history and a clean driving record. Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills Must have a sincere desire to help reduce motorcycle crashes, injuries, and deaths
