Join Our Team and Drive Change in Your Community! Are you passionate about helping others? Do you enjoy driving and connecting with your community? We're looking for a Trainer/Driver for our Day Program who wants to make a real impact in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. About the Role As a Day Program Trainer/Driver, you will be more than just a driver. You will be a mentor and a guide, helping small groups of participants (approximately four) explore their communities, build independence, and learn life skills. You will pick them up from home, train them in community settings, and safely bring them back. This is an opportunity to change lives, one trip at a time. Key Responsibilities Transport participants safely from their homes to community locations and back Guide participants in learning to access public spaces, community services, and local businesses Teach skills like using public transportation, shopping, and engaging with community programs Create a positive and supportive environment during each outing Document daily activities, progress, and any incidents
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of driving experience with a clean driving record Passion for helping others and building community connections Patience and strong communication skills Reliability and good judgment —we count on you to show up and be present Flexibility and adaptability —every day brings new experiences

Full-time Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
