As the face of SHIFTR, you'll be directly responsible for instructing our customers on how to properly drive a manual transmission vehicle. Your success in this role will ensure that we provide our customers with a smooth and fun experience when it comes to learning this skill. The requirement for this position is you must be available to work at least 3 days out of the week, and you must have flexible availability to work on both weekdays and some weekends. Our pay range between $39.88 and $120.45 per lesson hour is very generous because we require that you use your own vehicle for conducting lessons. This results in a flexible work schedule for yourself, and allows us to bring you onboard quickly. The requirement for your vehicle is that the model year must not be older than 15 years and it must be in good mechanical and physical condition.
