As a Driving Instructor, you will play a vital role in guiding new and experienced drivers through safe, effective, and engaging driving lessons. Duties Deliver comprehensive driving lessons tailored to individual student needs, covering essential skills, traffic laws, and safety protocols Assess each student's driving ability and progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage improvement Prepare students for practical driving tests by simulating test conditions and reviewing key skills Maintain detailed records of lessons, student progress, and assessments in accordance with regulatory requirements Ensure all lessons are conducted in a safe, professional manner adhering to traffic laws and company policies Communicate clearly with students about their strengths and areas for development to build confidence and competence Manage classroom-like environments during theory sessions or pre-driving instruction when applicable Stay updated on local driving regulations, best practices in driver education, and industry standards Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record demonstrating safe driving habits Proven experience in driving—preferably with a background in teaching or instructing others Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback to diverse learners Ability to manage classroom or instructional environments with patience and professionalism Experience working with students or in adult education settings is highly desirable Knowledge of traffic laws, safety standards, and vehicle operation techniques Excellent organizational skills for maintaining accurate records of lessons and student progress Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles Join us as a Driving Instructor and inspire new drivers on their journey toward independence!
