Job Overview Join our dynamic driving school team as a Driving School Instructor and inspire future drivers to navigate the roads safely and confidently! In this energetic role, you will deliver comprehensive driving instruction, combining classroom learning with practical behind-the-wheel training. Your expertise will help students of all ages develop essential driving skills, adhere to traffic regulations, and cultivate safe driving habits. This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact on road safety while sharing your passion for driving. Duties Conduct engaging classroom sessions on traffic laws, safety procedures, and defensive driving techniques Provide hands-on behind-the-wheel instruction in standard passenger cars, motorcycles, and off-road environments Teach specialized driving skills including night driving, highway maneuvers, adverse weather techniques, and motorcycle safety Assess student progress and tailor instruction to meet individual learning needs, including special needs driver training and teen driver programs Guide students through driver improvement and rehabilitation programs to enhance their skills and confidence Ensure all training complies with local traffic laws and safety standards while maintaining a positive learning environment Communicate effectively with clients, providing feedback and support throughout the learning process Requirements Proven experience in senior driver instruction with strong classroom management skills Valid Driving License At least 21 years old Expertise in operating standard passenger cars, motorcycles, manual transmissions, and off-road vehicles Knowledge of traffic safety regulations, highway maneuvers, adverse weather driving techniques, and defensive driving strategies Ability to deliver online instruction as well as in-person training sessions Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels Demonstrated experience working with students in classroom settings or practical training environments Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; additional certifications in motorcycle operation or special needs driver instruction are a plus Strong organizational skills to manage multiple lessons and student progress reports efficientlyEmbark on a fulfilling career helping others become safe, confident drivers! $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
