The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating students on safe driving practices and the rules of the road. This role involves working closely with students of various ages, providing behind-the-wheel training. The Driving Instructor will play a crucial role in shaping responsible drivers who are confident and knowledgeable. Responsibilities Conduct sessions to educate students on traffic laws, road signs, and safe driving techniques. Provide hands-on driving instruction to students in a variety of vehicles. Develop lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their driving skills. Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters student engagement. Ensure all driving sessions comply with state regulations and safety standards. Manage students dynamics effectively, addressing any behavioral issues as they arise. Communicate clearly with students and their guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement. Requirements Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students. Ability to educate and motivate learners of various ages and backgrounds. Familiarity with cars management techniques to maintain an organized learning environment. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential. Previous experience as a driving instructor is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching are key attributes for success in this role. Must be 21 years or older. Must have high school diploma or GED.
