This role focuses on building confidence, awareness, discipline, and real-world self-protection skills in a structured and professional environment. What You'll Be Teaching Our program blends practical techniques from: Boxing Kickboxing / Muay Thai Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Real-world self-defense scenarios Responsibilities Lead 1-on-1 and small group self-defense sessions

Teach:

Situational awareness De-escalation techniques Striking fundamentals Escape and control techniques Create a safe, structured, and motivating environment Adapt training based on student experience level Maintain professionalism and strong communication Ideal Candidate Experience in: MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, or similar disciplines Prior teaching or coaching experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to connect with young adults (18-25 age range) Reliable, punctual, and professional Requirements Minimum 2+ years martial arts or self-defense training CPR / First Aid certification (preferred) Ability to travel locally (Denver area) Comfortable leading both private and group sessions What We Offer Flexible scheduling Consistent client referrals Opportunity to grow with a developing training program Professional, structured system to follow To Apply Reply with: Your martial arts / training background Any teaching or coaching experience
