What You'll Do:
Provide behind-the-wheel driving instruction to students of all ages, with a primary focus on teen drivers. Teach safe driving habits, defensive driving techniques, and proper vehicle operation. Create a positive, encouraging learning environment that helps students build confidence behind the wheel. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive coaching throughout each lesson. Complete lesson documentation and maintain accurate student records. What We're Looking For Must be at least 21 years old (required by the Colorado DMV). Valid Colorado driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to successfully pass a background & fingerprint check. Friendly, patient, and professional personality. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and work with students of varying experience levels. Previous teaching, coaching, customer service, or mentoring experience is a plus—but not required. Patience Reliability Professionalism Positive attitude Strong work ethic
