The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive driving instruction to students of all ages, ensuring they develop safe and confident driving skills. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on learners by combining practical driving expertise with effective teaching methods. The instructor will facilitate behind-the-wheel training, fostering a supportive environment that promotes safety, responsibility, and confidence. Duties Conduct behind-the-wheel training sessions, guiding students through practical driving exercises in various traffic conditions. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and evaluations in compliance with licensing regulations. Ensure all lessons are conducted in accordance with state laws and safety standards. Stay updated on current traffic laws and best practices in driver education. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 10 years at least. Proven experience in driving, with a strong understanding of traffic laws and safe driving practices. A licensed driving school instructor. Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate students of diverse backgrounds. Ability to work well with students, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and enthusiasm for teaching. Experience working with adult education or in a classroom setting is a plus.
