Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching students how to drive safely and effectively, ensuring they understand both the practical and theoretical aspects of driving. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for educating others. The Driving Instructor will work with a diverse group of students, including teenagers and adults, fostering a positive learning environment. Must speak English and Spanish. More languages are a plus! Responsibilities Conduct driving lessons in a safe and controlled manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Educate students on vehicle operation, road safety, and defensive driving techniques. Develop lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student, ensuring comprehensive understanding of driving concepts. Manage driving lessons effectively, providing clear instruction and maintaining student engagement. Assess student progress through practical evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Qualifications A valid CLEAN with no record, driver's license with a clean driving record is required. High school diploma/GED is required No criminal record allowed At least 30 years old Previous experience working with students in an educational or training capacity is preferred. Patience and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students during instruction. Must speak English well
