  • Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (2nd Shift) What's the Job?
Provide training support to new hires and experienced operators through classroom facilitation, coaching, and performance feedback. Review daily performance feedback and address training deficiencies escalated by instructors. Grade hands-on assessments and conduct audits of operator performance. Assist with training material updates and collaborate on curriculum improvements. Support validation, testing, and operational missions as needed while maintaining proficiency in standard operating procedures. What's Needed? At least 3 months as a fully trained member of the TeleOps team. 1-3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle industry. Knowledge of TeleOps procedures, responsibilities, and operational workflows. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train and coach others. Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen. What's in it for me?
