Teach advanced driving techniques including highway maneuvers, night driving, adverse weather driving, defensive driving, and special needs driver instruction. Provide personalized instruction in manual transmission vehicles and facilitate motorcycle safety sessions to enhance rider skills. Lead classroom-based sessions on traffic safety, driver improvement programs, and traffic regulations to complement practical training. Assess student progress regularly, offering constructive feedback and tailored coaching to ensure mastery of driving skills. Maintain detailed records of each lesson, student performance, and progress reports in compliance with safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, address concerns, and motivate continuous improvement. Skills Experience in senior driver instruction with a strong understanding of adult education principles. Proven ability to manage classroom environments effectively while working with diverse students. Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey complex traffic rules and safe driving techniques. Expertise in operating standard passenger cars Knowledge of off-road driving techniques, highway maneuvers, night driving strategies, adverse weather conditions, and defensive driving methods. Ability to instruct clients with special needs or requiring rehabilitation programs with patience and professionalism. Strong organizational skills for scheduling lessons, maintaining records, and coordinating instructional activities.
