This father of four was a History Teacher and Disciplinarian at Overbrook High School in West Philadelphia. He began teaching students how to drive part-time and on the weekends. Learning the ins-and-outs of being a great driving instructor from his father, Frank was able to expand Cantor's Driving School into 4 states
