Job Opportunity:
Preschool Assistant Teacher/Floater St. Johns UMC Preschool is actively seeking a passionate and reliable individual to join our dedicated teaching team as a Preschool Assistant Teacher/Floater/Aftercare Driver. We are committed to providing a nurturing, loving, and age-appropriate learning environment that sets the foundation for a child's success in school.
Responsibilities:
Provide care, nurture, and support to preschool-aged children. Collaborate with our amazing teaching team to create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere. Assist in implementing age-appropriate learning activities and curriculum. Be flexible to work from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, with the possibility of earlier hours as a substitute when needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 45 hours of DCF training and/or
FFCP/CDA
certification. At least 2 years of experience working in a preschool setting. A calling to serve in a preschool environment and a genuine passion for working with children. Ability to work as a team player and contribute positively to the collaborative teaching environment.
Driver qualifications:
25 yrs of age, clean driving record
