Pay based on experience Job Overview Austin Kade Academy is seeking a passionate, professional, and student-focused Esthetics Instructor to educate, mentor, and inspire the next generation of skincare professionals. This position is an opportunity to use your industry experience to make a meaningful difference in students' lives. As an Esthetics Instructor, you will combine classroom education, hands-on demonstrations, coaching, and individual mentorship to help students develop the technical skills, confidence, professionalism, and client-care abilities they need to build successful careers in the beauty and wellness industry. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and skilled in esthetics, enjoys working with people, and genuinely wants to help students succeed. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on instruction in esthetics theory, techniques, client care, and professional practices Teach and demonstrate esthetic services, including facials, skincare treatments, microdermabrasion, body waxing, and other techniques included within the program curriculum Develop, enhance, and deliver lesson plans that are organized, engaging, and appropriate for a variety of adult learning styles Coach and supervise students during hands-on practice and client services, helping them build technical skill, confidence, and consistency Teach students how to conduct professional client consultations, make appropriate service recommendations, and provide an exceptional client experience Evaluate student performance and progress through practical assessments, classroom activities, and other established evaluation methods Provide clear, constructive, and encouraging feedback that helps students continue to improve Promote professional habits including punctuality, accountability, teamwork, communication, professional appearance, sanitation, and ethical client care Create a positive, respectful, and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth Stay current with industry trends, products, techniques, and best practices and incorporate relevant developments into instruction Maintain appropriate sanitation, safety, licensing, and regulatory standards within the classroom and student clinic environment Work collaboratively with fellow instructors, administration, and school leadership to support student achievement and the overall goals of Austin Kade Academy Qualifications Current Idaho esthetics, cosmetology, or other applicable professional license Current instructor license, or the ability and willingness to obtain the appropriate instructor credential required to teach esthetics Strong technical knowledge of esthetics, skincare, sanitation, client consultation, and professional practices Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and skin health as they relate to esthetic services Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively Ability to motivate, encourage, and connect with students from a variety of backgrounds and learning styles Organized and dependable, with the ability to plan and deliver effective classroom and hands-on instruction Professional, positive, and team-oriented approach Genuine passion for helping students grow personally, professionally, and technically Commitment to student success and maintaining high educational and professional standards Why Austin Kade Academy?
