Job Description Nova Driving School is looking for passionate, safety‑focused Driving Instructors to join our team at our locations in Chicago and Norridge. As part of the city's #1 driving school, you'll help teens and adults become confident, responsible drivers through patient, high‑quality instruction. Current Nova locations Bucktown Little Village Irving Park Belmont Cragin Hyde Park Jefferson Park Oak Park Aurora Evanston Key Responsibilities Teach students safe and lawful driving techniques, including Illinois traffic laws and defensive driving strategies. Adapt your teaching style to meet diverse learning needs and comfort levels. Monitor student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback after each lesson. Stay up‑to‑date on current traffic regulations and best practices in driver education. Create a positive, supportive, and focused learning environment that builds student confidence. Requirements Driver's license of at least 2 years - Current and Valid driver's license should have been issued in the State of Illinois No at fault accident in the last 7 years Previous experience in driving instruction is preferred but not required Above 21 years of age High school graduate or equivalent- Must be able to present
