Job Description

About the
Opportunity:
An established, multi-state driver safety and education organization operating across the Midwest is officially expanding into Central Indiana! We are seeking a high-caliber Driving Instructor / Lead Field Representative to spearhead our Indianapolis launch. If you love coaching, enjoy working with young adults, and want to step into a foundational role with a growing regional brand rather than just being "another employee," this opportunity is for you. You will work closely with our executive team to establish our presence in the market, deliver top-tier in-car instruction, and help build our local footprint from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
Deliver patient, professional behind-the-wheel instruction to teens and adult learners in modern, company-provided training vehicles. Serve as the local face of our program in the greater Indianapolis area. Provide feedback on local operational routes, scheduling, and market dynamics. Maintain safety standards in accordance with Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
Indiana BMV Driver Education Instructor License (or willing to obtain certification—we will assist qualified candidates through the Indiana BMV credentialing process). Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and a clean, safe driving record. Excellent interpersonal skills—patient, encouraging, and an effective communicator. Strong entrepreneurial mindset, reliability, and local geographic knowledge of Indianapolis and surrounding suburbs. Background working with youth, teaching, coaching, or mentoring is a major plus.
What We Offer:
Competitive compensation structure with room for growth as the market expands. Ground-floor positioning with advancement potential into leadership and operational roles. Flexible scheduling options (ideal for semi-retired professionals, educators, or coaches). Company-provided dual-control vehicle and fuel for all behind-the-wheel instruction. Comprehensive training and administrative support from our existing regional operations team.
