Kids Enrichment Instructor (Martial Arts-Movement-Coding) Inspired Kids Programs

This is a mobile position. About Inspired Kids Programs Inspired Kids Programs brings high-quality, on-site enrichment programs directly into schools, childcare centers, and community locations.
Our mission is simple:
help kids grow confident, capable, and excited to learn . We operate three unique programs under one umbrella: Crouching Tigers
  • martial arts and life skills for young children Tumbling Tigers
  • movement, tumbling, and foundational physical skills Techie Kids Club
  • coding, robotics, and STEM exploration We're looking for energetic, reliable instructors who love working with kids and want meaningful, part-time work that fits into their schedule.
About the Role As a Kids Enrichment Instructor , you'll lead fun, structured classes for children ages 2-8 in one or more of our programs. Classes take place on-site at partner schools , typically during the school day or immediately after. No prior martial arts, gymnastics, or coding experience is required — we provide paid training, lesson plans, and ongoing support . What You'll Do Lead 30-45-minute enrichment classes for small groups of children Teach age-appropriate lessons using provided curriculum and equipment Create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment Build connections with children, teachers, and school staff Represent Inspired Kids Programs professionally at partner locations Who This Is Great For Former or current educators Coaches, athletes, or movement-based instructors STEM-minded individuals who enjoy working with kids Parents looking for meaningful daytime or after-school work What We're Looking For Loves working with young children Confident, energetic, and dependable Comfortable leading groups and giving clear instructions Reliable vehicle, driving licence, auto insurance Ability to pass a background check Schedule & Pay Part-time, weekday hours (typically mornings, mid-day, or early afternoons) Consistent weekly schedule once placed Paid training provided Competitive per-class pay with opportunities to teach multiple classes This is not a seasonal position.
