Sealcoat Crew Members

Job Summary Now seeking asphalt maintenance Crew Members to join our team. Experience is preferred but we will train motivated candidates. Pay is based upon experience, and a rate increase will be considered after 30 days. Veterans are encouraged to apply. Requirements Reliable transportation to and from home office. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. All hires will be required to undergo a DOT medical clearance exam. Must be able to work outdoors in high-heat conditions. Our standard daily start time is 7:00 a.m. Job Duties Work under supervision of our Crew Leader, to patch, crackseal and sealcoat commercial parking lots and residential driveways. Ensure proper use, care and maintenance of equipment and vehicles. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times. Work effectively as part of a team while demonstrating strong communication skills. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.
