Minimum Requirements:
You must be an experienced driver yourself, with the ability to exhibit patience and follow the rules of the road High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 21 years old Have held a valid State of Massachusetts Driver's License for at least 2 years. Must submit to a Federal and State of Massachusetts Department of Children and Families background check and preemployment drug screen (marijuana is not permissible with this job) Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work evenings and weekends (you will have a set schedule so your schedule will be consistent) If you want meaningful work, consistent hours, paid training, and a team that truly lives its values, you've found your place.
