Overview:

Beal Driving Academy in Ellsworth is looking for Driving Instructors for our Ellsworth location. We are seeking dedicated Driving Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for teaching and ensuring safe driving practices. This position offers the opportunity to educate and guide individuals in developing essential driving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct driving lessons for students of varying skill levels
• Instruct students on driving techniques, rules of the road, and safety precautions
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their driving abilities
• Demonstrate patience and effective communication during lessons
• Manage classroom sessions effectively to enhance learning experiences

Qualifications:

• Must be 25 years of age and have experience in driving and a valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey driving concepts
• Proficiency in classroom management techniques
• Ability to educate and engage students in the learning process
• Experience working with students, particularly in adult education settings
