T-F 8am-4pm

Duties:

Good stewardship of the schoolhouse. Responsible for greeting and escorting class/groups into the schoolhouse. Responsible for giving the lesson. Also responsible for guiding the class/groups to the wagon ride safely.

Required work authorization:

United States. Our School Tour Teachers introduce visiting children to the life cycle of the apple and the importance of pollinators through a fun and interactive lesson. After each lesson teachers will lead the group from the Schoolhouse to the Wagons. Teachers are also required to assist tractor drivers to set the children and their chaperones up for their ride. Between tours or during any down time Teachers are also required to keep the Schoolhouse clean by sweeping, mopping, and changing out waste bin bags. Tours run rain or shine! Teachers should be prepared for various fall weather conditions! Our work environment is fast-paced and community driven. This is a seasonal operation that is high volume and driven by the people who return each fall. We strive to entice employees and customers alike to keep coming back!
