You'll:

Safely transport children from local schools to Discovery Kidzone and scheduled activities Drive a 14-passenger van or small bus while following all safety procedures Supervise children and maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment Lead outdoor games, recreational activities, creative projects, and group experiences Encourage teamwork, positive social interactions, independence, and confidence Help children develop problem-solving and communication skills Assist with snacks, restroom routines, transitions, and other daily needs Communicate professionally with families and coworkers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom and vehicle environment Collaborate with teachers and leadership to support successful daily program operations What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is responsible, positive, and enjoys spending time with children.

You must:

Be at least 21 years old Have a valid driver's license Maintain a clean driving record Be comfortable driving a 14-passenger van or small bus Be comfortable actively participating in indoor and outdoor activities Be dependable, patient, and calm in a busy environment Have strong communication and teamwork skills Have an interest in working with school-age children Be willing to complete required Montana licensing and training requirements Be CPR Certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire) No prior childcare experience required.
