We pride ourselves on creating confident, safe, and skilled drivers through patience, professionalism, and personalized instruction. What You'll Do Teach behind-the-wheel lessons to teens, adults, and international drivers. Provide safe, structured instruction following NJ MVC standards. Help students prepare for their road tests and master everyday driving skills. Maintain routine cleanliness and care for school vehicles. Keep basic records of student progress and communicate effectively with our office team. Represent Safe Roads with professionalism, punctuality, and respect. Schedule & Availability We offer 6 to 11-hour shifts depending on your availability.

Shift windows operate within:

Monday•

Friday:

7:00 AM•7:00

PM Weekends:

7:00 AM•7:00 PM We respect your time and provide structured scheduling to prevent burnout and ensure quality instruction.

Qualifications Driver's License:

Valid NJ Driver's License with a clean driving record, with the ability to maintain a good driving record throughout employment (required).

Instructor License:

Active NJ Driving Instructor License — or willingness to obtain one (we will guide qualified candidates through the certification process).

Skills:

Strong communication, patience, and professional interpersonal skills.

Languages:

Bilingual abilities (Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Turkish) are a strong plus.
