Job Description

Buffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking an experienced CDL Driver/Trainer to join our fast-growing team!

Responsibilities:

Traveling out of town 2-4 nights per week. Ability to train hands on, and get greasy. 50 hours of work time per week. Ability to manage people, and maintain standards directly with drivers. Completing ride along training with new drivers. Completing ride along trainings to qualify and retrain existing drivers. Conducting spot equipment and safety checks. Enforcement of company process and safety guidelines for both CDL and NON-CDL drivers.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of management experience A Class B CDL A Drug-free lifestyle A clean motor vehicle report Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong understanding on how to work with drivers Strong DOT safety and training skills Ability to lift 75lbs

Bachelor's Degree Hours:

50 hours a week, 5 days a week

Salary:

$105,000 annual
