You must be:- 21yrs valid
- Valid Driver's license (2yrs Min)
- Clean driving record,
- High School or GED is required for NYS Instructor Certification position.

- Conduct driving lessons for students of all ages, including adults and teenagers
- Teach behind-the-wheel instruction
- Provide guidance and instruction on traffic laws, rules of the road, and defensive driving techniques
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment within the vehicle
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Ensure the safety of students during driving lessons
- Cell phone use is strictly limited to communication with our office during lessons
Skills:
- Adult education: Ability to effectively teach and engage adult learners
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to studentsEducation:
Knowledge of teaching methods and techniques to facilitate student learningDriving:
Proficient driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations Preferred Qualifications but not Necessary (We can train you)- Bilingual (Spanish even if a beginner is preferred but other languages can be an asset)
- Improvise and implement lesson plans to effectively educate students on safe driving practices
- Classroom management: Strong skills in managing a classroom setting and maintaining discipline (5HR Zoom Class) (Certification Required)
- Experience working with students: Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred but not necessary This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about educating others and have a strong background in driving.
